Natalie considers herself a “Global Citizen”. At her young age, she has already lived in several different countries. Throughout her studies in International Management, she gained valuable insights into foreign cultures and the ways of doing business around the world.
Due to her additional studies in Design Thinking at the Hasso Plattner Institute she got to deepen her knowledge in creating human-centered innovation within multidisciplinary teams. She is especially fond of active listening, critical questioning and gaining empathy for her customer’s users.
At J2C she is engaged in topics such as Business Design and Innovation Coaching. In addition, Natalie is a co-creator of an experimental lab for New Work principles.
She is passionate about creating change within organizations that will help them become more soulful, entrepreneurial and purpose-driven workplaces.
The spirit of driving change that gives purpose to our work and lives as well as the authenticity in working with each other are the most valuable things I love about working at J2C.
