Value for the organization

Reduction of cultural tension in discourse Core business versus new business

Expansion of contextual awareness of the own and future business model

More effective implementation of innovation projects through structured process

Development of a multiplier pool for the diffusion of the innovation strategy

Our methodology – the Entrepreneurial Spiral

In our program we work with the Entrepreneurial Spiral, a self-developed framework that covers the three central tasks of everyone who wants to bring something new into the world:

  • Does the market, the people, want a change in an area relevant to the company? (Opportunity)
  • Can the new product or service fulfill this desire? (Value Offering)
  • And is there a system, business model behind it, that can deliver the promise, is attractive for the market and also profitable for the company? (Venture System).

The Entrepreneurial Spiral helps to approach these questions in a structured way, to uncover possible blind spots and to formulate assumptions that can be converted into knowledge through experiments and that enable progress through these insights – and thus contribute to successful validation.

The framework is based on these three important questions and integrates all knowledge and methods from the start-up world – Design Thinking, Lean-Start-Up, Effectuation – to name but a few.

Program modules

The Entrepreneurship Program consists of three modules that address different aspects of the entrepreneurial approach.
Through a combination of conceptual content, group activities, individual reflection and practical tasks between the modules, the participants learn ways of thinking and acting that promote entrepreneurial potential and at the same time are directly transferable to the work context. The focus is on the authentic personal development of each individual participant throughout the entire programme.

Our philosophy

“Entrepreneurship” is the buzzword of the decade, “Entrepreneurs” the media heroes of modern times.

With pioneering spirit and drive, they challenge the economic and social status quo and, through their actions, create new, even radically different conditions in markets and industries. This is not only good for business, but also provides inspiration, enthusiasm and a breath of fresh air in the economy.

Who hasn’t heard of Silicon Valley entrepreneurs who overcame seemingly insurmountable challenges with ingenuity and willpower and were ultimately rewarded with fabulous wealth? On a closer look at these stories, it may seem that “entrepreneurship” is a “black art” practiced only by a select few and can only be successfully realized by founding daring ventures. But of course this is not so.

In fact, entrepreneurial thinking and acting is a quite natural aspect of human activity and therefore learnable for most people. Even more – the entrepreneurial approach can be applied in any situation where value and goal-oriented action is required or where something new is to be created; be it in established companies or in start-ups.
